    • Tabasco sauce, 2 tablespoons
    • 2 cups of seasoned coating mix that is gluten-free
    • 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into 1/2″ strips
    • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped parsley in olive oil (or another kind) for frying
